A Basic Meditation for Beginners is a fundamental class that gives you the framework to access and use your intuitive guidance system. The more you practice the tools taught in this class the more confident you will become in trusting your own intuition.

Reiki and Attunement Series

105 Reiki Level I and Attunement
Reiki Level I is a one-day certification class introducing the
Usui Reiki healing system in which you receive an attunement which
awakens a healing ability in the student by raising their physical vibration.

The Reiki One student immediately becomes a healer and is able to begin work on healing themselves and others.

Typically, it takes 3-4 weeks to adjust to the Reiki One attunement. During this time, more Ki energy is entering your aura and physical body to continue a healing of your aura and chakras. 

The class will touch on all the basics of energy work and provide hands on practice for self-healing and healing on others as you channel the Reiki Universal Life Force Energy. 

Eat a healthy breakfast before class, drink plenty of water and bring snack/lunch.

205 Reiki II Series Continued Class June 16, 2024, 12:00 - 5:00 PM MST
Reiki two attunement measurably increases the amount of healing energy you can channel. This attunement focuses on increased abilities to heal physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and also distant healings to others. The class will cover additional enhancements for using Reiki to bring balance into a sacred space and address core issues.   Additional time will be used for practicing the symbols and applying them during a Reiki healing session.

The master level will further increase the students ability to channel the Reiki energy. Several additional symbols are introduced, and the student learns the ability and mechanics to teach and pass attunements to others.

405 Reiki Enhancement Scheduled for 2024, 12:00 - 5:00 PM MST
This workshop is designed for anyone who has a Masters Certification in Reiki.  The workshop will offer how to use Reiki in your daily life, and relationships, and including ways to enhance your healing techniques. Now that you have graduated from Level 4 Journey Deeper you are eligible to participate in the One-To-One program.

A 16-month program meeting twice a month that focuses on healing the space between this lifetime and your last lifetime. 

One-To-One means you working on you; you will work on and heal yourself within the group with Anita guiding you through a new meditation with new healing techniques.
